Poppy Plan
• Wedding weekend
• 10-12 hours of wedding day oversight
• Directing of ceremony and reception
• 2-3 hours of rehearsal evening direction
• Contact with vendors and wedding party approximately one week prior to event
• 2 hour coordinating meeting in preparation for rehearsal and wedding day
• Assistance with wedding day timeline
Investment:
- $1,250 (micro wedding, intimate ceremony/reception; one coordinator)
- $1,550 (smaller wedding, one location, maximum of 100 guests; appropriate for 2
coordinators)
- $1,850 (101-150 guests or dual location; 3 coordinators)
- $2,150 (151-200 guests; 3-4 coordinators)
- $2,450 (201-300 guests; 4 coordinators)
- $250 add-on of 5 consulting hours
- $500 add-on of 10 consulting hours
Our goal is to oversee all details, allowing you to simply be present for a
joyful event. We will run a smooth rehearsal, make sure all questions are
answered, help ensure that all venue set-up is to your specifications,
provide a point of contact to protect family and wedding party from issues
that may arise (other than decisions that must be made by client), work
with vendors throughout the day (including greeting them upon arrival
and providing final payment or tip from client at the evening’s end), and
comprehensively coordinate the wedding and reception. It is a delight to
do this on your behalf!

Peony Plan
Up to 40 hours of consulting/wedding day preparations (applies to all hours
leading up to wedding weekend; travel to meetings does apply to hours)

The Peony Plan is intended to further remove the weight of planning and
preparation. We will be available during your planning journey to make
vendor recommendations, help solidify your vision, offer design insight,
join in vendor meetings, and be more deeply involved in wedding
weekend preparation. We would love to help with creation of floor plan
and flow for your cocktail hour/reception, as well as reviewing contracts
from each vendor. We will welcome vendors and disperse client’s final
payments/tips at the evening’s end, and we will work to provide a
seamless day and evening of celebrating. We want to completely free you
to enjoy the blessing of your momentous weekend.

Our goal with the Poppy + Peony plan, is to completely remove the weight
of wedding planning. This package is perfect for the bride or mother-of-
the-bride who is likely to feel overwhelmed with the process, or who has
obligations that prohibit the number of hours required for planning a
wedding. It is our privilege to come alongside you and work to bring your
vision to fruition. We will guide you through the process from beginning
to end. We will also be your vendor contact, as well as being present for
vendor meetings. We will create the weekend schedule for your
celebration, and free you to enjoy each part of it. This package frees you
to enjoy the entire process from engagement through vows and
celebration.
