Our partial planning service gives you direct access to our team from the moment we begin working together until the final send-off of your wedding night. We help you build a master wedding-day timeline that protects your priorities, a floor plan tailored to your venue and guest count, and a working budget that keeps every category accounted for. We review vendor contracts before you sign, flagging gaps and clarifying expectations so what’s promised on paper matches what you receive on the day.
Years of relationships across the Upstate mean we know which vendors deliver, who’s the right personality match for you, and where our preferred-partner discounts apply. Once your team is booked, we keep the lines of communication open with each vendor on your behalf, so updates and answers flow through one steady source. If you’d like our team to handle your wedding florals as well, the two services together give you a single creative partner from concept through cleanup.
As your wedding approaches, we walk your venue with you, finalize logistics with your venue contact, and resolve any remaining questions — so the week of your wedding can feel like anticipation, not crisis management. We lead your rehearsal with warmth and authority, and on the wedding day itself, our team is on-site to set the tone, manage your vendors, run the timeline, and troubleshoot the unexpected. You won’t be answering questions or chasing vendors. You’ll be getting married.
